Scope
AI Search Source Freshness processes product workflow inputs, account and billing status, first-party analytics, support messages, checkout events, and operational records needed to provide the service.
Customer data
Customers are responsible for having permission to submit logs, policies, links, reports, or agent records. Do not submit secrets, payment card numbers, regulated data, or unrelated personal data.
Payments
Payments are handled by NOWPayments. We do not store full payment credentials. Checkout metadata may include order id, plan id, payment status, and token entitlement state.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with providers needed for hosting, payments, analytics, support, security, legal compliance, and service operations. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, billing, fraud prevention, audit, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.
